SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

IFAN PEX press fittings is suitable for both civil and home use, for industrial and naval systems. Thanks to the technical features and quality of the products, the press fitting system of TDM BRASS is ideal for carry drinking water and for sanitary use.It is also ideal for low and high temperature heating systems.

MATERIAL

All the fittings are manufactured on transfer machines(from hot-stamping)and multi-spindle ones(from bars).

The body of the pipe fitting is made of a brass rod with a copper content of more than 59 percent , which is formed by forging and then finely machined, with beautiful appearance and good sealing performance. The cover part is made of high quality 304 stainless steel.

THREADING

All threads of IFAN BRASS fittings for press system are made respecting the regulations for gas conical thread UNI EN 10226-2:2006.

Aluminum-plastic pipe fittings-clamping type: also known as steel sleeve clamping type connection, also belongs to the inner closed type. A special crimping tool is used to deform the stainless steel sleeve of the press fitting, and the inner and outer layers of the pipe and the joint core body are crimped into a whole, so as to realize the connection. The connection method is an advanced connection method for aluminum-plastic pipes. It has high connection reliability and good resistance to cold and heat cycles. It can realize zero leakage of aluminum-plastic pipe connections.

Wide range of applications, no matter hot and cold water, gas fields or harsh environments such as shock, vibration, etc.

ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

In order to achieve a perfect connection and according to the kind of pipe fitting which will be used, please follow the simple and basic procedures indicated below:

1. Cut the pipe perpendicular to its axis using an appropriate tool

2. Calibrate the pipe using the special reamer

3. Insert the pipe into the pipe holder until the pipe stops on the flange, then check that the pipe is properly inserted and visible through inspection windows.

4. Place the pressing tongs up the plastic ring and operate on the proper control to close the tongs.
